Can You Remove Stains?

Yes, but some stains are permanent and will never be removed by anyone. This differs on an individual basis and results will vary depending on what the stain is, how long it’s been there, if it’s been treated with anything, what it’s been treated with, the type of carpet it’s on, and many other factors.

Can You Remove Odours?

Yes, we can, but much like stains, some odours may be permanent if enough damage has been done. Odours do have a higher success rate of removal than stains but can sometimes even take a few weeks to be properly removed.

Is My Rug Too Dirty or Damaged to Be Cleaned?

Quite possibly. We will need to inspect it first if you advise us of heavy soilage or damage. Sometimes a rug can just be too damaged or soiled that we won’t be able to do much to it. If this is the case, then we will advise you straight away before proceeding with the services we offer.

How Much Do You Charge?

The rug cleaning cost will vary depending on a few factors. We take into consideration the size and fibre type when giving you a rug cleaning price. Pickup and delivery will also incur an extra charge if you don't want your rugs cleaned in your home.

Fibre protection treatment is highly recommended to increase the lifespan of your rug and will incur an extra cost to you. We do not charge extra to treat stains, odours, or urine and this will always be inclusive in our service.

Do You Come to Me?

Yes! We will come to your home or place of business in any Brisbane suburb. Just be sure to tell us your suburb and postcode when you make your booking to ensure accuracy. All of our rug cleaning services are performed on-site in your home or workplace.
